We are conveniently located off the new Loop 202 and the US 60 on Baseline Road. Our major cross streets are Ellsworth and Baseline. The neighborhood is a gated community that offers your children safety and three different parks.

Qualifications

Stay at home mother providing safe, reliable, educational childcare for infant to preschool aged children . I am CPR and First Aid certified with over 10 years childcare experience. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education with course work in childcare development. Your child will receive personal, closely monitored attention in a clean, sanitary environment. Daily fun, educational activities and crafts will fill their days. I will provide breakfast, lunch and 2 nutritional snacks per day. Please call to schedule an appointment for detailed information.

10:00 am - 11:00 am Free Choice play
11:00 am - 11:30 am Outdoor play
11:30 am - 12:00 pm Lunch
12:00 pm - 12:20 pm Story Time
12:20 pm - 1:45 pm Nap/Rest time
1:45 pm - 2:45 pm Free Choice play
2:45 pm - 3:00 pm Snack
3:00 pm - 3:30 pm Music Time (singing/instruments)
3:30 pm - 4:30 pm Outdoor Play
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm Baby Einstein TV or Disney movie time and clean up.
Our Free Choice play time includes centers with cars, blocks, reading books, pretend play and dress up, musical instruments, and coloring.

Sick Day Policy

I will not provide child care for children who have a contagious illness or who are severely sick. The determination of the degree of his/her illness will be handled on a case by case basis. I reserve full right to refuse child care for any child that I suspect of having a contagious illness or severe sickness. If it is determined that your child is ill after he/she has already been dropped off, I will notify you immediately and you will be be responsible for the pick-up of your child within (1) one hour.

Tution and Hours

Childcare provided 7 days a week
6 A.M. to 6 P.M.

Full-time 150.00 per 5 day week.
Part-time is to be negotiated
Drop-in's welcome/minimum of 3 days a week. Full day is $30.00 /day. Hourly rate is $5.00/hr.

Tuition includes breakfast and lunch with 2 nutritional snacks. Parents must provide diapers/wipes and formula.

Tuition is due at the beginning of your child's week. There will be a late charge of $5.00 per day if payment is not received on the first day of your child's week. ALL WEEK'S MUST BE PRE-PAID.

Your child may be dropped off no earlier than 6:00 AM, and pick-up time is no later than 6:00 PM.
If you are going to be late for pick-up please call to let me know. A total of (3) three late pick-up occurrences will be allotted per child, per calendar year at no charge. Upon reaching the (4) fourth occurrence, a $5 late pick-up fee will be added for every 15 minutes past pick up time.

Weeks will not be pro-rated. If your child does not attend one or more days, the full weekly rate will still apply. I do give (5) five days per calendar year where pay is not required while your child is absent. These days can be taken all at once or one at a time. I do require one week notice if all (5) five days will be used at once

Days my daycare will not be available

· New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Easter Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4th), Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and day after, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and day after. I will also take two weeks of vacation time per year and will provide at least (1) one month’s notice and alternative daycare.

My name is Elizabeth Owen-Williams I started Busy Bee Daycare because of my love for children and the lack of day cares that provided an educational and loving environment. I am a mother to a wonderful 5 month old girl and a step-mother to a talented and remarkable 13 year old girl and an amazing 2 year old boy.
